Revolution Spring Wall Decorating Tips

May 24th, 2012 Posted in Crafts

Today on the Rev., Ty showed us how to spruce up a room with some simple wall art.  One idea is to use/buy small mason jars or test tubes and make a wire hanger to mount several on the wall.  Use them as rooting vases and flower vases to make different affects.

The second suggestion was to make an oval template and then a second one 1 in smaller.  Use chalk to outline the oval petals of your flower.  Paint in base color.  Add glaze to a qt of paint and paint where petals cross.  Using yellow paint and glaze, an a high heal shoe, paint the bottom of the shoe and use it like a stamp to create center pattern.  Touch up with brush!

Wrist Surgery for Carpal Tunnel

May 18th, 2012 Posted in Girl Stuff, WholeSum Thoughts

Greetings Everyone,Thanks for your notes of concern.  I have very busy getting all of my clients caught up before having carpal tunnel surgery next Tuesday so I haven’t been very active on this blog.  I’ve also been trying not to type so much which has been hard to do while swamped with site orders.  This blog will not be as active this summer due to the two wrist surgeries scheduled. One in May and then again July. I’ve created lots of beautiful cabochons for your choice of mountings, finished beaded and wire wrapped stones, and wonderful dichroic glass bracelets and pendants you have to see to believe.  For a private viewing or jewelry party at your next gal pal gathering, call me at 386-801-6500.
