1 ) Coconut Oil – Massage oil into joints and muscles at the end of the day for natural relief that smells great!

2) Anti-Inflammatory Cocktail – reduce inflammation inside the body naturally

3/4 cup Aloe Vera Juice add water and your favorite Pomegranate Juice

You can bring your cholesterol down at the same time by adding flax oil.  Just one tablespoon or serving is needed a day.
