Look for cashew cheese the next time you are at your favorite health food store.  Protein helps you diet by helping you to remain feeling satisfied and the average American doesn’t get the daily recommended amount.  Cashew cheese has 21 grams of protein per cup and comes in a variety of flavors.  A great way to have a healthy snack for the kids too.  Just spread on your favorite whole grain cracker and balance with some grapes for a real power snack!
